Job requirements
Applicants must have obtained a doctorate degree or are about to obtain a doctorate degree, with a background in chemistry, materials or related professionals; have published a certain number and quality of scientific and technological papers (papers with an impact factor greater than 10, lecturers are required to have 2 or more articles, and associate professors are required to have 3 or more articles).
treatment
Lecturers and associate professors have annual salary of 170,000 to 300,000 yuan (the salary of outstanding applicants can be negotiable), and enjoy other benefits stipulated by the state and Hunan University, such as housing subsidies (or transitional housing), children's admission to nursing homes, primary and secondary schools and other school entrances; in addition, all members of the research group will share scientific research rewards and receive certain subsidies and rewards based on specific scientific research performance.
